SK 17 52 PARISH OF TISSINGTON THE GREEN 11/132 (North Side) 13.9.1967 Dilcroft and garden wall
GV II
House. Early C19 and later, Coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings. Plain tile roofs with brick ridge stack and brick gable end stacks. Two storeys. South elevation, five bays. Left half doubled fronted. Central doorway flanked on each side by 3-light chamfered mullion windows with leaded casements. Three similar 2-light windows above. Single storey lean-to on the left. Right hand part with two and three light casements to the ground floor and a gabled dormer above with a 2-light casement window. A drystone wall with curved copings encloses the garden from the road. Listed for group value only.
