6.5.70 Nos 12 and 13 GV II
Early C19 front to a timber-framed house, presumably C17 or earlier. The posts are visible from the side passage, and a wall plate is exposed to rear. Front is of colour-washed brick. Three storeys. Two bays: sashes with glazing bars. Mid C19 shopfronts, panelled to sill level, panelled pilasters (No l0's with characteristic late C19 mirrors), ornamental moulded consoles, frieze and modillioned cornice.
