Late C18 or early C19. Originally the manse of the Wesleyan Chapel which stood to the North, subsequently became a brewery and is now demolished.

Light red brick in English Garden wall bond. Stone plinth and quoins. Pantiled roof with stone copings and kneelers, brick end chimneys.

Two storeys, three windows, large proportions. Sash windows with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. Six-panel door with oblong fanlight.

On right return a round headed window with interlaced bars but oddly placed on ground floor, possibly an insertion from the demolished chapel-brewery.
