8/lll Curbing to raised flower bed approximately 10 metres south-east of The Orangery at Ripley Castle

Probably former pool surround, now flower bed. 1820-1840 for Sir William Amcotts Ingilby. Gritstone. Circular, approximately 10 metres in diameter; the cyma-moulded curb stones stand on a stone plinth and are approximately 40 centimetres high. See North Yorkshire Historic Gardens Register - Ripley Castle, Grade II.
