House and barn. Early-mid C18. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate roofs. Two storey, two bay house, lower four bay barn. Quoins.

House: C20 board door in raised sawn-stone surround with inscription "E.R." and leaf motif, left of centre. Flanking and first-floor, three-light, flat-faced mullion windows in projecting surrounds. Shaped kneelers, gable copings, corniced end stacks. Lean-to addition to left: board door in plain surround right, rectangular opening above.

Barn: central cart entrance with board doors, quoined jambs and raised wooden lintel. End byre doors with tie-stone jambs, stable window in plain surround to right of left door; two rectangular pitching doors to first floor left and right, three slit vents, bays three and four. Gable coping to right.
