NEWBURGH NEWBURGH PARK SE 57 NW 2/57 Sundial approximately 3 metres south of south- - west range of Newburgh Priory GV II

Sundial. Mid C18. Dial by Henry Hindley, clockmaker of York. Ashlar sandstone stem, bronze dial and gnomon. Two square stone steps with shaped nosing support a square base to cylinder with garlands and fluted capital like a column base. Dial signed "Hindley York".
