BRANDSBY-CUM-STEARSBY B1363 SE 57 SE (west side) 6/7 Farm building and screen wall attached to Seaves - Farmhouse GV II

Farm building and screen wall approximately 2 metres in length linking it to Seaves Farmhouse (qv). Early C18. Coursed sandstone, pantile roof. Farm building: 1 1/2 storeys, 3 bays; quoins; from left, C20 plywood door; board stable door; shuttered window; eaves band; shaped kneelers, moulded coping. Right return: blocked ground-floor opening; band across gable at eaves level, forming base for dressed stone surround of blind Diocletian window. To the right of this return, connecting with left comer of Seaves farmhouse, single-storey screen wall with part-glazed door.
