Details

EAST HARLSEY MAIN STREET SE 49 NW (south side, off) 2/8 Dovecote, north-east of Harlsey Hall 31.3.70 GV II Dovecote. Early C18 with later alterations. Red brick, Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, upper storey refaced. Raised brick quoins. South side has doorway with small later square opening to its side. Above a blind oval opening with 4 keystones. Stepped first-floor band. Small 3 hole dove opening. Stepped second-floor band. Blind top storey. Stepped and dentilled eaves band. Pyramidal roof. Other sides have similar keyed, blind oval openings to ground and first floors.
