PICKHILL WITH ROXBY MAIN STREET SE 38 SW (north side) 4/40 The Old Vicarage GV II

House. Late C18 and late C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys with attic, 3 bays with late C19 2-storey, 2-bay wing added to left. Main house: left-hand bay has canted bay window with frieze and cornice. All other windows are 4-pane sashes with flush wood architraves stone sills and stuccoed flat brick arches with keystones. Central ground- floor window formerly doorway. First-floor band. Shaped kneelers, stone coping, end stacks. Wing: 6-panel door in C19 Doric porch to right-hand bay. 4-pane sashes with stone sills and flat brick arches; end stack to left.
