Farmhouse, later C18. Coursed tooled sandstone; pantiled roof with stone ridges, brick stacks. Two storeys, three bays and set-back gabled one-storey wings. Central top-glazed boarded door in stone surround with bracketed cornice. Flanking round-arched windows and a similar window above door; first-floor side windows have flat heads and extended lintels with wide keystones. All windows have stone projecting cills and late C19 sashes. Hipped roof with rebuilt chimneys at ends of ridge. Left wing has a Yorkshire sash; right wing extends into a byre range with boarded doors.
