Details

OWSTON OWSTON LANE SE 51 SE (north side) 10/101 East Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Early-mid C19. For the Owston Hall estate. Cement-rendered, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays; outshut to rear right. Exposed quoins. 6-panelled door to bay 2 in quoined surround with hoodmould. Flanking 3-light double-chamfered mullioned windows with hoodmoulds; bay 4 has doorway on left of 2-light window beneath shared hoodmould., 1st floor: 3-light windows as ground floor to bay 1-3. Hipped roof with rebuilt brick ridge stack above door, similar end stack on right. Left return: lst-floor window as front.
