7/148 Field barn approx 120 metres west of farmhouse at Hall Farm

Field barn. Early to mid C18. Coursed dressed stone with quoins. Stone slate roof. Small quoined entrances to left and right. Central pitching hole at high level destroyed where wall has been broken through. Ventilation slits at high level. Chamfered gable copings on moulded kneelers. Pearl Two pitching iioies. A symmetrical arrangement of ventilation slits in each gable. Interior: Principal rafter trusses with queen struts.
