THURGOLAND HUTHWAITE LANE SE20SE (west end) 4/86 Former stable range 19th March 1975 approx. 10 metres west of Huthwaite Farmhouse (formerly listed as being west-north-west of Huthwaite Hall)
GV II
Former stable range now farm building. Early C19. Possibly by John Carr architect of Hutwaite Hall (q.v.). Coursed squared stone. Stone slate roof. Two storeys, seven bays. Quoins. Ground floor: archivolted arcade with ashlar piers and voussoirs (the 5th and 6th blocked). lst floor: doorways to left and right and a broad one to centre in stone surrounds with plinth and impost blocks. 4 square pitching holes. Hipped roof.
