Small house, derelict at time of resurvey. Mid C18. Rubble magnesian
limestone, partly rough-cast; pantile roof. Two storeys, three windows to
1st floor. Large, raised, ashlar quoins. Central doorway with old boarded
door in chamfered, raised ashlar surround. Square-faced window surrounds
without window frames at time of resurvey. Shaped kneelers, gable copings.
Brick end stack on right, left stack and gable apex collapsed.
Interior: infilled ashlar fireplaces to ground-floor right and 1st-floor
left. Central staircase turning left and right to upper rooms, fitted
cupboard over.
