C20 conversion of part of the Old Manor House (q.v.). Limestone rubble; stone slate roof. Rectangular plan. Two storeys and attic. Two-windowed entrance front lit by C20 single and three-light wooden casements with timber lintels. C20 part-glazed plank door with timber lintel, left. South (roadside) front with four-light stone-mullioned casement with king mullion with single-light casement with flat-chamfered surround and hood to the right; three-light stone-mullioned casement above, both stone-mullioned casements have hollow-moulded surrounds and stopped hoods. Floating bressumer over the first floor window. All casements with horizontal glazing bars. C20 skylights. Interior not inspected.
