Detached cottage. Mid-late C17, probably early-mid C18 extension. Limestone rubble; stone slate roof; ashlar stacks. Rectangular plan to C17 range (with one or two-room ground floor plan); C18 extension at right angles with gable end to road. C20 extensions not of special interest. C17 and C18 ranges. 1 1/2 storeys and attic. Single 3-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casement to the ground floor of the south-west gable-end of the main body; similar window above; single-light attic window with diamond leaded panes to the attic. Access via C20 part-glazed door to lean-to at the north-west gable end. Gable-end of the C18 extension: two 2-light wooden casements to the ground floor (one set within a blocked doorway); single-light casement with dressed stone jambs to the attic. Chimney gable to the right-hand return. Gable-end stack to C17 range. Interior not inspected.
