1. MARGARETTING MAIN ROAD 5213 (South-East Side) Brick revetting to moat and octagonal turrets at north-west and south-west angles, Killigrews TL 60 SE 12/384 10.4.67. . II* 2. On the west side of the house the moat is crossed by a modern bridge and has brick walls, some of them, particulavly on the inner face, are of early Cl6 brick, with black brick diapering. The north-west and south-west angles have octagonal corner turrets with moulded brick bases and crocketted brick pinnacles above moulded brick cornices. The outer faces have loop openings.
