II
Detached farmhouse. Main body late C18 - early C19, mid - late C19
extension. Coursed squared and dressed limestone with ashlar
facade, concrete tile roof, ashlar stacks. Extension: Flemish bond
brick giving chequered effect with limestone quoins, slate roof and
ashlar stacks. Rectangular plan to main body with extension at
right angles attached right. Extension projects slightly from
facade of main body. Main body: 2 storeys and attic lit by two 2-
light C20 dormers, 3-windowed: 12-pane sashes. Central part-glazed
6-panel door with flat limestone hood supported on moulded
brackets. Band over ground floor windows. Rusticated quoins, flat
gable end coping, gable end stacks with moulded cap to left stack.
Extension: 2 storeys: one 12-pane sash to first floor, with
limestone keystone and lintel, three C20 casements to around floor.
Interior not inspected.
