LOWER ACREMAN STREET 1. 1625 (South-West Side) Digby Estate Nos 160 and 161 Nos 164 and 165 ST 6316 1/372 II GV 2. C18 to C19 cottages of stone rubble. 2 storeys with casement windows. Tile roofs. No 160: (comprises properly marked on the map as Digby Estate Nos 158 and 159). 4 windows of 2-lights on first floor. Three segmental headed windows of 3-lights below. No 161 (probably comprising property marked onto map as Digby Estate No 163). 4 segmental headed windows of 2-lights above; below, a segmental headed 3-light window to either end; inner windows of 2-lights. Door to left hand end with frame. No 164: has 2-light windows above; segmental headed 3-light windows to ends on ground floor. Half-glazed door with 2 flush panels. Single-light windows. No 165: front to Lower Acreman Street of 2 window bays. To left hand, segmental headed window of 2-lights above and another of 3-lights below. Ledged door. To right hand, segmental headed window of 2-lights above; single light leaded window below.

Digby Estate Nos 160, 161, 164, 165 forms a group.
