NEWLAND 1. 1625 (North Side) No 73 (No 1 Victoria Park) No 75 (No 2 Victoria Park) No 77 (Huon) ST 6416 2/190 II GV 2. Formerly shown as 3 cottages adjoining above on east side. C19 probably. 2 storey stone rubble fronts. Slate gabled roof. To each house, 2 windows above, and 1 window to left hand and doorway to right hand below. 2-light wood casements with small panes, the glazing bars nearly all missing to ground floor windows of Nos 73 and 75; segmental headed sash to No 77. plain modern wood doors.

Digby Estate No 31, Sherborne Youth Club, East part of same range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, 3 cottages next to The Manor House, 2 cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
