GV II

Farmhouse. Late C17/early C18. Coursed and snecked rubble stone on tall plinth, flush alternating quoins, hipped Cotswold stone slate roof, 2 brick stacks. Square range, 2 storeys and attic, with central raised square well faced in rough-cast. Three windows, wood mullion and transoms with flush alternating quoins and splayed sills. Two similar on ground floor with wide central doorcase also with flush alternating quoins, 4-centred timber arch with chamfered jambs and lintel and shaped door with 5 long moulded panels glazed at top above single wide rail. Flat scalloped wooden doorhood supported on iron brackets. Ground floor windows have wood lintels. Projecting sprocketed eaves with moulded stone cornice. Some side and rear windows have original, or old, leading.
