GREAT RISSINGTON GREAT RISSINGTON VILLAGE SP 1917-2017 9/140 Manor Cottage II Detached cottage. C19 with late C19 extension. Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Stone slate roof with ashlar stacks. Rectangular plan with later extension at rear. Two storeys. Three-windowed facade lit by 2-light iron casements with diamond- leaded panes and stopped hoods. Former central doorway now blocked with window (as described) inserted in the blocking. Present access via a C19 plank door with strap hinges to the extension at rear. Flat-chamfered stone-mullioned window to the right of the doorway. Gable-end stacks with moulded cappings and skirtings to the main body. Interior not inspected.
