MATLASKE BARNINGHAM TG 13 NE 4/71 Wells Farm House II Farmhouse, C17 and C18, brick under blue glazed pantiles. 3 bays, 2 storeys. Dentil cornice, internal gable end stacks having shafts with 3 string courses. Central latticed timber porch, C19; flush sash windows with glazing bars. To left a lower addition of 2 storeys in 2 bays under red pantiles; 2 doors, one casement window to ground floor, 2 casements to first floor. C17 gable to right in coursed flint; brick capped plinth of very large flints; to each floor a large blocked opening with brick surround and rendered brick pediment. Continuous 2 storey C20 extension at rear.
