House and Cottage. Origin possibly c1800 with major C19 alterations. Corner
Farm is to the right and Corner Farm Cottage to the left. Coursed rubble walls,
right range with stone slate roof and left with thatched roof. Right hand range
has end stacks and gable end whilst left hand range has stack to right of centre
with half-hipped roof. Right hand range is symmetrical of 2 storeys and 3 bays.
Left hand range is of one storey and an attic with one forward facing dormer.
Right hand range has central door in C19 tiled porch flanked by 2-light wooden
casements with glazing bars. The 2 upper floor windows have 4 panes. All
window openings have segmental stone arches. The left hand range has 2-light
wooden casements with horizontal glazing bars only. The door is situated to
the right of centre. All openings have segmental stone arches. The roof of
the right hand range appears to have been raised and it may have originally
been similar to that of the left hand range.
