North and West blocks of former stable yard to Draycott Farm.
Early C18 converted to house. Two storeys, coursed rubble with concrete tile roof,
coped verges with moulded footstones, finial to left, modern chimney to right.
Two modern 1st floor windows off centre to left. Ground floor has 4 segment-headed
windows with small lozenge vents between, a stable door and Tudor arched entry blocked
to rear, slit vent to right. L-plan garages (former stables) linking with Old Coachhouse
(qv).
