Large detached house. Early C18 with late C18 alterations. Rubble stone faced in ashlar and render on south front, Cotswold stone slate roof with large stone end stacks and one brick end stack. One large range and a smaller parallel range to south across half width of house. Main front to south is 3-storeyed to left, ashlar with chamfered quoins, wooden eaves cornice with dentils. First floor has one full height 3-light casement group with panelled stone mullions and one 1-light with very fine wrought iron balcony across with Adam motifs. 2nd floor has three 12-pane sashes. Ground floor has 3-light casement as French doors in same style as 1st floor. To right, rendered with quoins, 2 storeys and attic. 3 windows, 12-pane sashes, on 1st floor. 2 gabled dormers with C19 decorative barge boards. Ground floor has two 12-pane sashes and door with rectangular light over in moulded stone architrave.
