Details

RODMARTON LITTLE TARLTON ST 99 NW (west side) 6/134 No 8 GV II Detached cottage. Between c1909 and 1926, one of a group of 7 cottages by Ernest Barnsley. All in similar style, of coursed and dressed stone, stone slate roof, stone stacks with offset and moulded cornice, all single storey and attic. Fenestration scattered mostly either 2 or 3-light cambered head casements, or 2- light casements with timber lintel, with some small 4 or 6-pane single lights; plank doors. No 8 is single range with large projecting gable to right forming catslide over porch entrance in internal angle.
