6/1 Frampton Farmhouse II

Farmhouse. C18, extended C19. C18 part large blocks of coursed squared and dressed limestone; C19 extension random coursed squared and dressed limestone; stone slate roofs; ashlar stacks. Rectangular C18 range with large C19 extension to the west and minor C19 extensions to the south and east. Main body two storeys and attic with single-storey extensions. Symmetrical 2-windowed south front to the C19 main extension with two 3-light stone- mullioned casements with stopped hoods to the ground floor; two 2- light stone-mullioned casements with stopped hoods to the first floor; two 2-light gabled dormers. Central gabled stone-built porch with a Tudor-arched entrance with stopped hood. C18 range to the right partly obscured by a C19 extension at right angles and a lean-to, both with 3-light stone-mullioned casements. Two-light roof dormer to the C18 range. Stone-mullioned casements at the rear. Axial and gable-end stacks some with moulded cappings. Flat coping to gable ends. Interior not inspected.
