18/16 Barn 30 metres south-east of Fold Cottage
GV II
Barn, probably late C18. Coursed roughly-squared stone with tooled-and-margined stone porch and dressings; no roof covering. West elevation to yard 2 storeys, 5 bays. 3 steps up to central doorway in shallow gabled porch, with small window above; slit vents, except for left end bay which has boarded door in alternating-block surround; to far right, small pent outhouse with stone slate roof. Right return shows slit vents and pigeon holes with alighting bands in gables. Rear elevation shows similar shallow porch.
Roofing material removed at time of survey, although roof timbers intact.
