II
Villa, late C18 or early C19, enlarged in early C20. Ashlar; Welsh slate roof. Older part L-plan, extension to north. East elevation in two parts: Old house on right 2 storeys, 3 bays, symmetrical. Centre door converted to 15-pane sash window, flanked by 2-window segmental full-height bows; 12-pane sashes with slightly-projecting sills. Eaves cornice on paired moulded brackets. Hipped roof; rendered stepped-and-corniced stacks on ridge and at left end. Set back to left is an altered bay linking to 3-bay extension with similar fenestration and separate hipped roof. Right return of old part shows 2 ground-floor windows, enlarged to hold tripartite sashes, and three 12-pane sashes above. Rear elevation shows extruded early C20 porch in angle with service wing: panelled double doors with Grey crest above, under pedimented hood on consoles.
