Snown on OS map as Didbrook Farm. Farmhouse. C18, altered C19, C20. Coursed, squared stone,
concrete tiles, plain clay tiles to low wing. Four-bay front, 2
bay rear wing forming 'L', all 2 1/2 storeys, further 1 1/2 storey rear
wing opposite end. Entrance front, to drive: windows mullioned,
plain chamfer, iron opening lights, leaded lights, no hoodmould.
Plinth: 3-light window on right; 6-panel door, 4 glazed, 2 flush,
up one stone step, 3-pane rectangular fanlight over, stone lintel,
all under boarded, single-storey gabled porch. Three-light window
to left, outine of blocked, narrower window beyond. Above, two 3-
light windows, single-light between. Hipped dormers with 2-light
casements each end; ashlar chimney from eaves one bay from left
end; ridge chimney slightly to left, chimney on projecting gable
on rear wall to right room: parapet gables, cross-gablet apices.
Right return plinth, 3-light window ground and first floors;
boarded door to low rear wing, hipped roof to square projection on
right. Forms group with barn and houses opposite (q.v.).
