II
Detached house. Late C17, with added range to south of 1704. Rubble stone faced in roughcast, Cotswold stone-slate mansard roof with 2 stone ridge stacks with twin flues. Single main range to south with 3 older gables to rear. 2 storeys and attic. 2 windows, 24-pane sashes, close to centre of building, with 2 flat- roofed, 12-pane sash dormers above. 2 large C19 canted bays on ground floor with moulded wood cornices and "pilaster" architraves, with three 24-pane sashes to each. 2 end doorways with stone voussoirs and quoins and C20 glazed doors. Mansard roof reputed to have held weaving looms up till C19.
