GV II

Cottage, with attached outbuilding (former forge) on right. Probably early C18. Plastered cob walls, thatched roof hipped at right end - this end at a slightly lower level. One brick stack at left end, one right of centre. One storey and attic. Panelled door under moulded hood on timber posts. Ground floor has 3 casements with glazing bars. Attic has 3 dormers with casements with cast iron glazing. Attached former forge, on right, has walls partly of rubble stone, part brick, and half hipped slate roof. Brick stack near left end. Single storey. Blocked window, C20 garage doors, one ledged door, and one window with glazing bars. At left end, at rear, attached outbuilding with cob walls and single pitch thatched roof.
