Cottage, garden walls and shed. C17 or early C18, altered C19. Random rubble with dressed stone for door and window surrounds. Pantiled roof. Cottage 2 storeys. Central doorway, flanking sash windows. 2 dormers breaking the eaves. All these openings are early C19 alterations. To rear, off-centre doorway with C19 surround, one small sash window and a blocked fire window. On 1st floor, 4 small blocked windows close under eaves.
Garden wall with very steeply ridged coping.
Shed has double carriage entrance with square stone pillars and stone lintels, probably an insertion. Small square window to separate room to right. Inside: some evidence of former fireplace.
