House and cottage. C16 with C18 refacing and addition to right. Timber framed,
grey brick facing with red dressings, plinth, plat band above first floor window
in gabled cross wing to left. Old tile roofs, 2 ridge stacks to right, and large
end stack to left with 2 C19 diamond shafts and oversailing tops. Hall house.
3 framed bays and 2 framed bay cross wing. 2 storeys. Leaded casements. 4
first floor 2-light casements, 3 ground floor 3-light casements, that to left
with segmental head; 6-panelled door to left with glazed upper panels and flat
hood, door to right in C20 one storey addition. 3-light first floor window in
cross wing, and 3-light window with segmental head below. Timber frame with
curved braces exposed to rear. Interior: redundant crown post roof trusses and
windbraces, soot blackening on roof timbers.
