21/108 Outbuilding to the east of the Old Post Office. II
House, now outbuilding, with adjacent barn now garage. House mid-C18, barn Cl9. Rubble, cut quoins and door surround; stone slate roofs, reduced rubble stack on left gable. House 2 storeys, 2 bays. Door has applied design of panels with pointed heads in chamfered surround with large dressings. To left a 16-pane sash window in moulded box with fixed 12-pane window above. Interior; original transverse ceiling beams and 2 roof trusses with notched and pegged collars. Barn to right has cart entrance with timber lintel and 2 slit vents above. Included for group value.
