Old Farm Cottage C17 and mid - late C19, The Old Farmhouse mid-late C19 and C20. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, stone slate roof, ashlar stacks, one repaired C20. Rectangular plan with Old Farm cottage far right, The Old Farmhouse attached left with C20 extension at left gable-end. Old Farm Cottage; 2 storeys, symmetrical 2-windowed facade with 2 and 3-light double-chamfered, stone-mullioned casements, stopped hoods and horizontal glazing bars. Traces of words CHEESE ROOM / in painted black lettering over upper left-hand window, / DAIRY ROOM / over lower left window, / COLD ROOM / over right window. /.......LERY ROOM / over upper right-hand window. Access at rear. Old Farmhouse; main body, 2 storeys, 3-windowed, all 3-light wooden casements with horizontal glazing bars and cambered heads. Blocked door lower left with cambered head. C20 extension left; 1 1/2 storeys with gabled 2-light dormer from eaves, reused 3-light double-chamfered, stone-mullioned casement with stopped hood to ground floor. Flat gable-end coping with roll saddle at right gable-end of Old Farm Cottage. Gable-end and axial stacks with moulded cappings to C19 part of The Old Farm. Interiors not inspected.
