14/180 East End Cottage and attached garden wall

GV II

Cottage. 1840-50. Ashlar with Welsh slate roof. Tudor style. Single storey, 3 bays with lower one-bay addition on right. Central panelled door in later C19 wood porch with Gothic bargeboards. 2-light mullioned windows with hoodmoulds, and 6-pane casements in each light. Gabled roof with ridged coping and kneelers. Tall, octagonal corniced end stacks.

One-bay addition has 3-light mullioned window and tall square corniced end stack.

Garden wall attached to front left corner has boarded door in Tudor-arched surround over which the wall rises in three steps. Steeply-ridged coping.
