House at end of row. Mid C19. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone, stone slate roof, ashlar stack and C20 artificial stone
stack. Rectangular main body with extension at right gable end.
Three-storey, 3-windowed facade. Twelve-pane sashes to ground and
first floors. Two 2-light casements with glazing bars flanking
central bull's-eye window at second floor. C19 fielded 5-panel
door within round-headed finely dressed stone surround with
coloured glass fanlight set back on right. Boot scrapers in door
reveals. Single storey former wash house right of main body.
Sixteen-pane sash with horns and timber lintel. Blocked doorway
right with timber lintel. C20 three-light casement with glazing
bars and concrete lintel in right gable end. Shuttered pitching
window above. Pigeon holes arranged in triangle towards apex of
gable. Interior not inspected.
