NORTHLEACH WITH WEST END SP 1114 EASTINGTON (north side) 8/147 Sunbeam (formerly listed as Cottage abutting and on south of Wheatsheaf Hotel) 23.1.52 GV II

House in row. C17 with C19 fenestration. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, stone slate roof, ashlar stack. Rectangular plan. Two storeys and attic lit by single 2-light roof dormer. Two-storey, 2-windowed facade. Two 3-light wood casements to first floor flanking former 2-light window (now blocked). Two 4-pane sashes with horns to ground floor. C19 five-panel door off-centre right with projecting flat hood. Interior not inspected.
