WOKINGHAM THE TERRACE SU 8068 NE (North side) Shute End 17/24 No.15 (formerly listed 12.11.51 as Nos. 13 and 15) G.V. II Small house. Mid C14, altered late C18, extended and altered late C20. Timber framed encased in brick, old tile hipped roof. L-plan, 2 framed bays at front, former hall in left bay, 2 framed bay crosswing on right, with C20 extension at rear. 2 storeys. Chimney on left gable. Road front:- rendered plinth, mid C20 3-light casements, those on ground floor taller and that on right has segmental arch. C20 planked entrance door right of centre, probably on line of former screens passage, approached by one step. Interior:- plain, close coupled collar roof over hall, sooted. Collar purlin roof over crosswing with plain central crownpost braced 2 ways.
