OXFORD ROAD 1. 5128 (South Side) Nos 171 to 177 (odd) SU 7073 12/221 II GV 2. Early C19. 3 storeys. A continuation of the terrace Nos 149-169 (odd). 3 storeys and high basement. Red brick. Flat eaves with slate roof and ridge chimneys. Each house has 3 ranges of glazing bar sash windows (except ground floor of No 175). Arched doorways with slight recess, 6 panel doors, radiating and wreathed fanlights. Steps with railings to doors. Nos 175 and 177 retain arrow head railings to front and No 179 has scrollwork at doorway. Basement of No 177 is part of shop continued from No 179.
