BELVOIR BANK 1. 5245 (West Side) No 12 North Malvern House Flats [Flats Nos 1 to 7 (consec)] SO 7647 7/140 II GV 2. Early C19. Three storeys, rendered, with hipped slate roof with wide eaves. Four windows, hung sashes with glazing bars. Band at 1st floor cills. Three windows to ground floor and a modern door and a glazed door with rectangular fanlight beneath a columned porch with entablature but no cornice. Wrought-iron sign bracket.
