House. Former C17 cottage, enlarged C20. Timber-framed former cottage,
brick infill, C20 brick accretions, half-hipped slate roofs, cottage
formerly thatched. Former cottage - 2-framed bays aligned east - west
with east external stack now enclosed by C20 projecting cross-range aligned
north - south. Two storeys, angled entrance elevation; cottage to right
has simple casements one to each floor, dormer and 3-light window to
extension, corner porch with glazed door. Framing: Almost complete, 4 panels
high to wall-plate with diagonal bracing at gable end. Interior: large
altered open fireplace.
