WALL COCKLAW NY 97 SW 2/341 West Cocklaw Farmhouse

GV II

House, 1832. Tooled squared stone, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central 6-panel door under C20 glass conservatory; 16-pane sash windows with slightly-projecting sills. Coped gables with stepped end stacks, the upper part of the left rebuilt and rendered. Pair of single-storey rear wings with hipped roofs.

Built as one of a pair with East Cocklaw Farmhouse (q.v.).
