BEAULIEU HIGH STREET SU 3802/3902 (east side) 17/42 Curtle House 1.12.75 GV II House. Late C17 origins, rebuilt C18 and altered mid C19. Brick, with blue headers, old plain tile roof. 2 storey and attic, 5 bays, at one end added lower C19 2 bay and to rear at that end, wing. Front has to original part central square-plan parapetted porch. To front 4-centred arch flanked by narrow similar niches, with similar windows on sides. East side 2 French windows in moulded frames. On 1st floor five 12-pane sashes. On roof three 2-light gabled dormers. Bargeboards to gables and end stacks. To LH lower part has 4-light transomed window and on 1st floor 4-light casement and single light.
