II
Formerly house, later inn. Late C17; C18 and later additions. Coursed rubble limestone; artifical stone rebuilt chimneys; concrete tile roof. Two-storey with attic; long 2-storey rear wing forming L-plan. South front: 2 full gables, 2-window fenestration, ground floor formerly 3-light casements, 3-light above; 2-light to attic, all with hoodmoulds, those to ground floor rising over 2 central doorways with stone lintels, one blocked, other with plank door and later stone hood. Mullioned ground floor windows replaced by timber casements; iron casements to upper floor and attic. Single-storey outbuilding adjoins to left with timber casement. Rebuilt gable end chimneys. East side: gable end of front range to left, rear wing running to right, first part with C20 casements. Blocked upper floor windows and doorway to later extension of wing. Interior not inspected.
