10/73 Fruit Farm and C19 extension G.V. II
Cottage, early C18 and C19. Brick with steep pitched pantile roof, 2 blue brick coped gables, and single off-centre ridge stack plus single gable stack. 2 storeys with garrets, 3 windows, with single bay C19 extension to south. Off-centre south door has rectangular overlight; flanked by single C20 3 light Yorkshire sashes with segmental heads; beyond, to north a C20 half-glazed door; beyond again a C20 3 light Yorkshire sash with segmental head. Above, 3 C20 2 light Yorkshire sashes and a single fixed light. North gable has door to garret. Interior has brick vaulted cellar to south, poor quality roof timbering, mud and stud partitions, gypsum floor in garret. C19 extension to south, brick eaves, single gable stack, 2 storeys, 2 bays. Off-centre C20 half-glazed door with C20 gabled timber porch and single 2 light Yorkshire sash with segmental head. Above, single Yorkshire sash with timber lintel and single fixed light.
