GV II
House now 3 shops and offices. Early C18, altered C19 and C20. Brick, some moulded brick and stone dressings, plain tile roof. 2 storey and attic, 4 wide bay, wing and low additions to rear. To front 3 shops and an entrance. To LH of centre bay recessed entrance with entry to shops on each side. To LH bay plate glass window and fascia that runs across top of entrance. To RH has 2 plate glass windows and fascia running over both. On 1st floor 4-pane sashes altered C19 under rubbed arches with raised key. Raised eaves cornice. Projecting eaves with moulded gutter. Four 2-light gabled dormer. Roof half-hipped to RH. On RH end set in from corners 2 raised giant Ionic pilasters with modillioned cornice carried round at eaves level and moulded brick pediment with oculus. Between pilasters pair of round- headed archways with raised keystones and imposts. On 1st floor two 4-pane sashes in segmental headed, lugged architraves with raised keystones. These details and those of pilasters in painted stone.
