GV II

House and shop. C17, altered early C19 and mid-C20. Timber-framed with rendered infill, part stuccoed with plain tiled roof and central ridge stack. Two framed bays aligned north/south with central chimney. Two storeys. Framing: five panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight lower corner braces and collar and tie-beam truss with two collars, struts and V-strut in apex visible at north end. East front elevation: there is a 2-light leaded casement with flanking single-light leaded windows and a canted oriel window with a modillion cornice and central 12-pane sash on the first floor. The ground floor has a continuous half-glazed lean-to addition with two glazed doors.
